After buying several pre-owned
homes and renovating them, we
decided to purchase our first
new home. We looked at several
builders’ homes and decided
Perry Hall Homes were the best
value for the money. After calling
the sales office we met with Dale
Galyean. Dale was eager to show
us several homes and was very
knowledgeable about the homes
and the construction of the homes.
After deciding which home we wanted,
Dale took over getting the purchase
process and all of the paperwork
in order. This was by far the
simplest home purchase we had
ever been involved with. A few
weeks before closing, we met our
builder Libby. She was very easy
to work with and wanted to be
sure all the minor repairs were
done to our satisfaction by our
closing date.
If you are looking for a new home,
we highly recommend Perry Hall
Homes. They are well constructed
and very energy efficient. The
staff at Perry Hall Homes is very
helpful and eager to please their
customers. All of the floor plans
are well designed; the most difficult
task is picking which floor plan
you like best.

With this being our second time
around building a home, we did
a great deal of research on several
builders. We ultimately made the
decision to go with Perry Hall
Homes because of their high quality,
standard features, and attention
to detail. From the 2 tone satin
paint throughout, to the custom
cabinets, to the fully sodded
yard (just to list a FEW), other
builders were no match. Many of
the standards that Perry Hall
puts into their homes would have
been costly upgrades with other
builders.
Jean was also very willing to
work with us on specific changes,
upgrades, special requests, etc.
You can tell that she definitely
has her customers' best interest
in mind.
If you are thinking of going with
another builder, I just encourage
you to walk through a Perry Hall
Home. You may not notice the differences
immediately, but over time those
details will become much more
obvious.
We absolutely love our new home
and are confident that we made
